Flomaton High School baseball team played Mobile Christian, at Mobile Christian, Thursday, March 19th. They were set to play 4 p.m.

The Canes started Andrew Cash pitching, and Newt Lambeth catching. The Canes were off to a great start, but the Leopards were a force to be reckon with. By the third inning the Canes were down 1 to 4.

At the beginning of the fourth the Canes had bases loaded with two outs. Newt Lambeth was up to bat, but fell to a strike out. The Canes stopped the Leopards from scoring again, thanks to center fielder, Grant Megginson, made about five pop fly outs for the Canes during the game.

The Canes are set to play again Friday, March 20th, in a double header against Mobile Christian. Everyone here at The Storm would like to wish the best of luck to the Canes for the rest of their season.
