A global superstar was born on December 13, 1989 in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Her parents are Andrea and Scott Swift.  She has one brother, Austin Swift.  At age 10, she began singing at local events such as fairs and contests. At age 11 she sang “The Star Spangled Banner” at the Philadelphia 79ers game. She began playing guitar and writing her own songs when she was 12 years old. You are probably wondering, if don’t already know, who this is.  Who else would this be other than the wonderful, talented, lovable, and beautiful Taylor Alison Swift? She did a lot of amazing things while she was younger and she is still shining today.

She recently released her newest album, 1989, to the public and she has topped the #1 artist according to the Billboard Top 100 Artist chart. If anyone knows Taylor Swift or knows her music, you know that she has a lot of haters, and one thing Taylor Swift does not let affect her is her haters. Many people are a fan of her for the pure fact that she is a positive example for all age groups.  One piece of advice that Taylor Swift gives when she is to “Shake it off”!
